Hass Family Medicine Cape Cod currently treats patients 18 years of age and older. We offer comprehensive primary care, which includes, and is not limited to, health maintenance, well woman’s health care, sick visits, pre-operative clearance for patients of the practice.

We belong to a Local Care Organization called Cape Physicians LLC. This is a group of privately owned primary care practices in the Mid-Cape area who meet regularly regarding patient care. Cape Physicians LLC is part of Tufts Medicine Integrated Network (TMIN), a practice management organization that assists its members in navigating the changes in today’s health care environment.

Our patients, who require hospital admission, are initially sent to Cape Cod Hospital (CCH) for evaluation. If the patient is admitted, a physician who only practices in hospital, called a hospitalist, will care for the patient throughout the admission. This allows access to acute specialty care twenty-four hours a day. Our practice has access to the CCH electronic medical records system. Patient information, while either inpatient or outpatient at CCH, is readily accessible to our staff.

We also have a direct link to Tufts Medical Center as a member of TMIN. Cape Physicians LLC has a dedicated nurse liaison to help our patients access all Tufts specialists and those in need of a tertiary hospital setting in Boston.
